Ben was born and raised in Allentown by hardworking, entrepreneurial parents who ran multiple businesses from their home. After their divorce, his mother transitioned into senior care while his father continued his path in sales. Growing up, Ben watched people like his family work tirelessly to carve out a better life, inspiring him from a young age to fight for his community and advocate for those less fortunate. While working in pizzerias, Ben began a part-time career in television, which eventually led him to journalism, as a reporter covering the Lehigh Valley and Poconos for nearly a decade. Though he has never held public office, he has spent countless hours attending local government meetings—city councils, supervisors, and commissioners—developing a deep commitment to government accountability that he will carry with him, regardless of party.
